小断面岩石巷道掏槽爆破参数优化实验

摘    要:针对小断面岩石巷道掏槽爆破效率低下的技术难题,依据掏槽爆破形成槽腔为后续炮孔提供自由面。通过分析施工过程中掏槽爆破存在的问题及其影响因素,采取了控制单一变量的方法,制定9组实验方案,同时配合规范的施工方法对掏槽爆破参数进行优化,从而获得最优的掏槽爆破参数组合。通过对实验数据的比较分析,优化的掏槽爆破参数使巷道掘进的炮孔利用率提高了20%,掘进综合成本节省了27%。

Parameters optimization experiment of cut blasting for small section rock tunnel

Abstract:For the technical problem of low efficiency of cut blasting in small section rock tunnel,it provided free surface for the following hole according to the the cavity of cut blasting.The existing problems and influencing factors in the construction process of cut blasting were analyzed.In order to obtain the optimal cut blasting parameters,nine groups of experimental programs and with normative construction methods parameters of cut blasting were optimized by the method of controlling a single variable.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data,the optimum parameters of cut blasting were proved to be effective.The good blasthole utilization was increased 20% and construction costs was saved 27%.
