水力增压爆破试验

摘    要:在露天深孔爆破中,台阶上部矿岩大块较多,为改善台阶上部矿岩的破碎质量,提出了水力增压爆破技术,介绍了其作用机理、装药结构及技术要点,并进行了砂浆模型试验和现场工业试验,在水柱与填塞物之间放置超前压塞药包。试验结果表明:采用水力增压爆破可提高延米爆破量和炸药利用率,大块率降低了49.4%,爆破效果良好,该项技术对降低爆破粉尘亦具有良好效果。

HYDRAULIC BOOSTING BLASTING TEST
Abstract:During the deep-hole blasting in open pit mine,the bulk of ore rock mainly appeare in the upper bench.In order to improve the broken quality of ore rock in the upper bench,the hydraulic boosting blasting technology was put forward.The technical points and construction of charge were introduced and mechanism was analyzed.Mortar model test and field test were conducted,and the pre-stemming charge was placed between the water column and stemming.The test statistics showed that hydraulic boosting blasting could raise the blast quantity per metre of blastholes and utilization ratio of explosive,and the boulder yield was reduced by 49.4%.This technology also could reduce blasting dust.
