震后爆破排险技术

摘    要:抗震抢险过程中,工程爆破往往起着先导作用。坚持系统分析、科学决策、因地治宜、综合治理的设计原则,不仅会实现科学、高效、快捷的救灾目标,而且还为后续重建工作打下良好的基础。本文根据爆破抢险工程实例,总结经验,探索在震后复杂多变的工程环境下,有别于常规的爆破思路。由于涉及拆除爆破、硐室爆破以及壅塞体的综合治理等多项内容,不再对某项具体工程内容做详细介绍,其目的是通过介绍震后爆破的关键分析环节,较全面地掌控总体设计思想,抛砖引玉,集思广议,促进科学抢险救灾决策思维走向成熟。

UNDERWATER REEF BLASTING ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY OF DEMOLITION BLASTING OF COFFERDAM
Abstract:After completion of Shipyard 2# of Zhoushan Gold Gulf,an engineering of fairway construction by reef blasting and cofferdam demolition blasting was needed for the dock entrance.This paper,regarding the blasting engineering,introduced its overall construction plan,the control standards of basting adverse effects,blasting parameters and the design of bursting network net,as well as the monitoring results of blasting vibration and the effects of water shock wave.The blasting was a very successful one which could offer valuable experience to similar engineering.
