某场平工程现场混装铵油炸药配比优化研究

摘    要:以遵义市新火车站场平工程为背景,进行了混装多孔粒状铵油炸药的组分配比优化现场试验。分析了不同直径下现场混装铵油炸药的柴油配比与爆速关系,对比了不同配比炸药的爆炸性能。结合理论研究和现场试验结果确定了炸药爆速最高、能量释放最为充分的最佳炸药配比:多孔粒状硝酸铵与柴油的配比为95∶5。现场工程试验表明,优化配比后的炸药在保证爆破效果的同时,炸药单耗降低了8%。

Optimization research of site mixed ANFO in a leveling project

Abstract:The mixed porous granular ANFO composition optimization was tested in new railway station site leveling project in Zunyi city.The relationship of proportioning of explosives and detonation velocity under different apertures was examined and the explosive performance of different proportion were compared.Through theoretical research and field test results,the maximum velocity of explosive was determined.To release the most fully optimal ratio of explosive energy,the ratio of porous granular ammonium nitrate and diesel oil was 95∶5.The field engineering test showed that optimum proportion of explosives could ensure the blasting effect and the explosive consumption was reduced 8%.
