利用烟囱下坐减少倒塌长度的爆破实例

摘    要:通常单向倾倒爆破拆除建(构)筑物时,为了保证建(构)筑物倾倒方向的准确,应尽量避免拆除对象后坐。本文通过介绍在倾倒空间不足的环境条件下,设计了独特的爆破切口,采用了合理的爆破网路,采取的单爆破切口的非折叠方式,恰好是利用了烟囱的后坐,有效缩减烟囱的定向倒塌长度,成功爆破拆除了一座高为50m的砖质烟囱,达到安全爆破的目的。可为同类工程设计施工参考。

A BLASTING EXAMPLE OF REDUCING COLLAPSE LENGTH BY TAKING THE ADVANTAGE OF BACKLASH OF CHIMNEY
Abstract:Backlash is projected to be avoided for guaranteeing a precise collapse in unidirectional blas-ting demolition of an object.In this paper such a blasting that took the advantage of backlash of chimney to effectively reduce the directional collapse length was presented.Regarding the very limited collapse space for the demolished chimney,special blasting cut pattern and reasonable blasting network were de-signed.And single blasting cut-non folded collapse method was employed resulting in this purpose in demo-lition of a 50m high brick chimney with safety.The blasting experience can be as similar engineering refer-ence.
