不同位置空气间隔装药爆破减振和破碎效果试验

摘    要:为探究空气间隔装药爆破技术中最优的空气间隔位置,在金堆城南露天矿爆破施工中,分别选取药包上部、中部、底部3种不同空气间隔位置进行爆破试验。利用TC-4850动态测振仪对爆破振动进行监测,通过Split-Desktop 3.0软件对爆破块度进行统计分析,结果表明:药包中部间隔装药爆破的减振和破碎效果优于上部和底部位置。并采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对三种不同空气间隔位置的爆破进行数值模拟,模拟结果与现场试验结果相符。

EXPERIMENT ON EFFECT OF VIBRATION REDUCTION AND ROCK FRAGMENTATION FOR DIFFERENT POSITIONS AIR-DECKING CHARGE BLASTING

Abstract:In order to explore the best position in air-decking charge blasting,blasting experiments were conducted in Jinduicheng open-pit mine,involving three different air-decking positions(upper,middle and bottom of the charge).TC-4850 dynamic vibration measurer was used to monitor blasting vibration,and the Split-Desktop3.0software was used to analyze the blasting fragmentation.The results showed that comparing to the air-decking position in the upper or the bottom of the charge,the air-decking charge in the middle was the best position for the effect of vibration reduction and rock fragmentation.ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the three different air-decking positions,the results were consistent with the results of tests.
