某部储油罐基础开挖爆破设计

摘    要:在某部综合仓库库区内预建7座半地下储油罐,需开挖直径35m,最大深度16m的储油罐基础,因地质条件相对复杂,现场岩石多为碎石土和花岗岩组成,具有强风化、节理发育和含水量大等特点,采用爆破法进行储油罐基础开挖,制定了露天深孔松动爆破和预裂爆破相结合的总体爆破方案。根据现场环境,局部爆区采用逐孔起爆与多孔齐爆相结合的方式,优化布孔方式和炮孔参数;设计了一次起爆,预裂孔先爆,主爆区延迟75ms后爆的起爆网路。成功实施了爆破开挖工程,达到了预期效果,保证了工程质量,可为同类爆破工程提供参考。

Abstract:7oil storage tanks are needed to be built in one warehouse area.The diameter of the foundation is 35 mand the maximum depth is 16 m.According to the relative complex environment with strong weathered,joint developments and large moisture content gravel soil and granite,the method of open pit deep-hole loosening blasting combined with pre-splitting blasting was adopted in the excavation of oil storage tank foundation.The hole-along shooting and multi-hole homogeneous blasting were conjunctively taken and the blasthole layout and parameters design were optimized.One-time initiation network of presplitting detonation was taken first and the main blasting zone delayed 75 ms.The desired effect was achieved and the quality of the project was ensured.It provided a reference for similar blasting projects.
