质量不均衡大高宽比框剪结构楼房控制爆破实践

摘    要:为实现复杂环境中质量不均衡、大高宽比框剪结构楼房的安全高效拆除爆破,研究采用梯形切口纵向倾倒方案,通过科学预处理及分区、分段延时等关键技术,结合楼房倾倒过程、爆破振动监测及拆除爆破效果分析,有效地实现了塌落体平衡倾倒,同时降低了爆破有害效应,显著提高了拆除爆破的安全性。研究表明:采用梯形切口配合精准延时爆破技术,可实现框剪结构楼房纵向倾倒的安全高效拆除爆破,可为类似建筑物拆除爆破的方案设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to carry out safe and efficient demolition blasting of unbalanced frame shear wall structure buildings with a high height-to-width ratio in complex environment, this paper applies the blasting scheme of longitudinal dumping with trapezoidal cuttings. The key technologies, like scientific pretreatment and zoning and subsection delay are adopted. Through the building dumping process, the blasting vibration is monitored and the demolition blasting effect is analyzed. The balanced dumping of the building is realized, the harmful effect of blasting is minimized, and the safety of demolition blasting is significantly improved. The research shows that the safe and efficient longitudinal dumping of frame shear wall structure buildings can be realized by corporately using trapezoidal cutting, and accurate delay blasting technology, which can provide a reference for the blasting scheme design of similar demolition blasting projects.
