This paper introduces a blasting design method of controlled chamber loose blasting of hill body with multiple free surfaces under the complicated circumstances.Inthe design,by optimizing the blasting parameters and calculating the precise charges or adopting the millisecond blasting technology with Nonel Detonator,the harms of blasting vibration,shock wave,flying rock and rolling rock have been effectively controlled and the surrounding buildings have been secured. In the meantime,the remarkable economic benefits and social effects have been obtained.
