基于模糊认知图的产品回收处理策略的决策研究

摘    要:为优化产品同收处理过程的绩效,针对产品回收处理策略这一复杂问题,从产品维、市场维、过程维、政策维、环境维等五个方面研究r回收处理策略的决策要素,并对各要素间的关系加以分析,进而首次提出了基于模糊认知图的产品回收处理策略的决策模型和相关的决策方法.该方法综合考虑了短期效益和长远利益,较全面地覆盖了各相关决策要素,能够通过迭代运算较好地对具有反馈动力特性的产品间收处理策略决策问题进行综合分析和定性推理,且具有直观性、友好地与人交互,以及良好的可解释件等.最后基于欧盟合作项目,以本文方法在废旧轮胎同收处理策略决策中的应用为例,验证了该方法可行性和有效性.
