摘    要:在分析通风机振动故障原因及常见故障振动特征的基础上,针对现场通风机振动较大的问题.对其进行了振动测试与分析,诊断出该通风机存在的故障.实践证明通过振动测试可检测通风机工作状态,应用振动分析方法可准确诊断出通风机的常见故障.

Abstract:Base on the analysis on the vibration fault cause and comment fault vibration features of the mine ventilator and according to the major vibration problem of the site ventilator,the vibration measurement and analysis were conducted and the existing fault of the mine ventilator was diagnosed.The application practices showed that the vibration measurement could detect the work status of the ventilator. The vibration analysis method could be applied to accurately diagnose the comment faults of the ventilator.
