摘    要:应用甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)cDNA 片段作为探针,分别以同位素、异羟基洋地黄毒苷配基和生物素标记该探针,对甲肝疫苗病毒培养过程中不同时期、不同接种量的病毒浓度进行了滴定,并以 ELISA 作对照。结果表明,各种标记探针检测的灵敏度均高于 ELISA。而不同标记的探针检测的结果无显著差异。

Abstract:During the course of cultivation of live attenuated HAV,the virus titres were detectedat different time and with various quantities of inoculum by using nucleic acid probes labelled with iso-tope,digoxigenin and biotin respectively,and compared with ELISA.The results showed that the sen-sitivity of the probes were higher than that of ELISA.There was no any obvious difference amongthree kinds of probes.
