浮力释放系统在大型深基坑工程中的应用

随着建筑业的不断发展,建筑工程地下结构逐渐向着大而深的方向发展,目前深基坑底板常规施工是在基础砼垫层上直接施工钢筋混凝土结构底板。这样施工的基础底板直接承受地下水的上浮力,易引起结构上浮变形,墙板、梁柱交接位出现裂缝等问题。本文以福州中旅城二期工程项目为例,通过地下室底板浮力释放系统的应用,对与高层建筑相连的裙房和纯地下建筑抗浮问题的解决提供了一个新的方法。
