| 摘 要： | 煤矿安全风险预控管理体系是对煤矿所有作业活动中潜在的危害因素进行辨识,并预先采取措施消除或控制危险源,达到安全生产的目标。上湾煤矿通过对煤矿安全风险预控管理体系的应用,现场管理实现了动态达标,员工的安全素养和矿井整体管理水平稳步提高,保证了安全生产。

| Abstract: | The management system of coal mine safety risk pre-control is to identify potential hazards of all work in coal mine,and to eliminate or control the sources of danger with pre-emptive measures,to achieve the goal of safe production.Through the application of the management system of coal mine safety risk pre-control in Shangwan Coal Mine,site management has reached the dynamic standard,the safety consciousness of all staff and the overall management level of coal mine have improved steadily,which ensures the safe production. |
