基于TMCI再造烟叶生产线的综合技术改造

摘    要:
TMCI300kg/h稠浆法再造烟叶生产线的烘烤箱热风烘干具有一定的局限性,在再造烟叶的产量与抗张强度、含水率等质量指标间产生一定的矛盾。通过改造,把烘烤箱改成2个独立的热风加热系统,同时通过改变钢带运行的线速度和稠浆浇注厚度,改进烟末的输送设备,使再造烟叶生产能力由300kg/h提高到350kg/h,解决了质量和产量的矛盾,满足了卷烟生产需求,增加了企业的效益。

Abstract:
As the limitation of the drying box heated by hot winds of TMCI slurry reconstituted tobacco production line,there were conflicts between the production capability of reconstituted tobacco and its physical property stability such as water content and tensile strength.This problem was resolved not only by changed the old one drying box into two separate heating system heated by hot winds,but also by changed the move speed of metal strip,the thickness of slurry and the feed conveyer of tobacco dust.After the innovation,the production capability of reconstituted tobacco dust was raised from 300 kg/h to 350 kg/h,and conflicts between the production capability of reconstituted tobacco and its physical property stability was resolved.The innovation can meet the need of cigarette production well,and increase the profit of the factory.
