超低功耗无线超声波热能表设计

摘    要:针对国内现有无线热能表存在功耗大、射频穿透能力弱和信息不全等问题,基于超声波流量测量技术和433 MHz射频通信技术,研究设计了一款超低功耗无线超声波热能表。该热能表采用电源的动态调节和流量驱动无线发送模式,在降低无线通信功耗的同时不丢失计量信息。该表年均工作电流低于14μA,一节内置2 800 mA的锂电池可工作20个采暖期,这为无线热能表的大面积推广应用克服了技术障碍。

Abstract:Aiming at the demerits of existing domestic wireless heat energy meters,e.g.,high power consumption,weak RF penetrate ability,and incomplete information,based on ultrasonic flow measurement and 433MHz RF communication,the wireless ultrasonic heat energy meter with low power consumption is researched and designed.By adopting dynamic power adjustment and flow driven wireless transmission mode,the power consumption is reduced while the metering information is not lost.The average operating current of each year is lower than 14 μA,so the meter can work 20 years with only one piece of built-in 2 800 mA Lithium battery.This overcomes the technical obstacles for wide popularization of wireless heat energy meters.
