紫外红外双光谱电力设备在线监测系统

摘    要:针对电力系统中红外成像、紫外成像、紫外脉冲检测等带电设备非接触式放电检测技术存在的问题,结合紫外脉冲探测扫描、红外测温扫描、摄像和图像处理技术,研制了一种新型电力设备在线监测系统.该系统主要由紫外红外双光谱探测模块、嵌入式系统模块、温度湿度测量模块和广域无线通信模块构成.通过图像处理技术,将设备的局部放电分布和温度分布数据置入由摄像头获取的设备图像,建立与设备图像的对应关系.系统不仅能定量表示放电程度,而且能以图像方式直观地显示出放电位置、温度分布及其发展变化情况,并及时发现电力设备的故障,具有广泛的应用价值.

On-line Dual Spectrum, Ultraviolet and Infrared, Monitoring System for Electric Power Equipment
Abstract:In accordance with the problems existing in contactless discharge detection technologies for electric equipment,including infrared imagery,ultraviolet imagery and ultraviolet pulse detection,the new type of online monitoring system has been developed by using the technologies of ultraviolet pulse detection scanning,infrared temperature measurement scanning and camera shooting and image processing.The system is composed of ultraviolet infrared dual spectrum detection module,embedded system module,temperature/humidity measurement module,and wide area wires communication module,through image processing technology,the data of local discharge distribution and temperature distribution of the equipment are setup into equipment image obtained by camera and establish the corresponding relationship with the equipment image.The system is able to indicate discharging degree quantitatively,and also display the discharging position,temperature distribution and varying situation in graphical mode visually,as well as find the fault of the equipment.It is worth to be applied widely.
