| 摘 要： | 对于以培养生产、管理、服务一线的高素质技能型人才的重要任务的高职院校来说,实践性教学指导教师的地位和作用尤为重要。目前这种教师无论在数量和水平方面都不能适应社会发展的需要,因此应该加强对高职院校实践性教学指导教师管理,在此基础上实现高等职业教育的发展目标。
