| Abstract: | Reel-lay method configuration requires linepipe to have excellent mechanical properties,weldability and corrosion resistance performance,especially anti-fatigue fracture performance.In order to evaluate the properties of PSL2 X65 linepipe with specification of Φ323.8 mm×20 mm produced by Tianjin Pipe(Group) Corp.relevant evaluation tests were made in accordance with subsea reel linepipe requirements.The evaluation results show that the linepipe can satisfy the requirements of subsea reel linepipe completely,including the properties of tensile,impact,hardness and corrosion-resistence tests. |
