300kt／a进口磷酸装置的扩能

贵州宏福实业开发有限总公司将800 kt/a重钙装置改产1 000 kt/a磷酸二铵,原300 kt/a P2O5的磷酸装置能力不足,为将磷酸装置能力提高到400 kt/a P2O5,增建了絮凝剂装置,调整硫酸加料位置、加料分配,整改循环水系统,调整某些工艺参数,使磷酸装置达到400 kt/a能力.并介绍通过72 h性能考核的结果.

The expansion of imported 300 kt/a PA plant

With the 800 kt/a triple superphosphate plant transformed into 1 000 kt/a diammonium phosphate plant, the previous phosphoric acid capacity of 300 kt/a P-2O-5 was deficient . For the capacity to 400 kt/a P-2O-5, a flocculating section was newly constructed, and by the adjustment of sulfuric acid feeding position and proportion, the improvement of water cycling system and the optimization of some process parameters, the phosphoric acid capacity reached 400 kt/a. 72hour test results to this new plant are presented.
