| 摘 要： | 介绍了不锈钢带水平悬索式连续退火炉冷却系统的工艺与应用,并对某新建热轧不锈钢退火炉的冷却段进行了分析,包括初冷段、终冷段喷头的布置及影响冷却效果的因素,探讨喷水冷却系统的应用。

| Abstract: | The process and application of the cooling system of horizontal catenary continuous annealing line for stainless strip are introduced.The cooling section of one new built hot rolled stainless annealing line is analyzed.The nozzle arrangement in primary section and final cooling zone is introduced and the factors of influencing cooling effect are discussed too.At same time,the application and the proper design of water quenching are proposed. |
