| 摘 要： | 以1975年建成的上海围巾五厂三层厂房为研究对象,结合该建筑"工"改"民"及绿色化改造目标。通过改造场区风环境、建筑自然通风、自然采光、围护结构,增设建筑遮阳及绿化等一系列被动式建筑设计技术,研究其在建筑绿色改造过程中的应用与推进方法。
