The Populous's Business in China

Populous is a global architecture firm specializing in the design of major sports and entertainment venues.Populous’ experience is worldwide,but local conditions mean we usually work with a local architecture partner in other countries.Sometimes we find our own partner presenting a united front to the client,and we often work this way in Hong Kong.In mainland China we generally work as a direct appointment from the client.Local issues and regulations are unique so it is important both foreign and local architect has a direct relationship with the client.Usually,Populous is responsible for specialist design,and the local partner for delivery of a project.
