固定式平台抗震分析若干问题探讨

固定式海洋石油平台结构分析必须考虑抗震问题,但目前我国海洋石油平台抗震分析尚没有适用的规范,使得抗震分析采用的标准不统一,同时分析结果也比较保守。文中对固定式平台抗震分析中存在的问题进行了分析,并对平台分级、地震荷载重现期的选取,以及平台强度和韧性的计算方法、判断标准等问题进行了探讨,并建议尽快制定出适应我国实际情况的平台抗震标准。

The discussion on some problems in anti-seismic analysis for fixed platform

For the fixed offshore platforms,anti-seismic analysis is one of the main issues to be considered in the structure analysis.Unfortunately,there is no relevant code applicable to anti-seismic analysis of platforms offshore China at present,so different design criteria has to be applied in anti-seismic analysis and the analysis results are conservative to some degree.This paper discusses the problems existing in the anti-seismic analysis of fixed platforms,platform classification,the selecting of seismic load return period,and the calculation methods and design criteria of strength and ductility. It is suggested to work out the platform anti-seismic design standards suitable to actual situation offshore China,as soon as quickly.
