摘    要:研究了纳米晶体纤维素/阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(NCC/CPAM)二元体系对原生浆(漂白硫酸盐桉木浆)和回用1次纤维所抄纸张的增强效果。结果表明,NCC与CPAM复配使用并添加到已加滑石粉的原生浆中,在CPAM用量0.4%、NCC用量0.6%时,相对于原纸,成纸抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数及耐折度分别提高61.3%、50.0%、58.3%及645%;相对于单加CPAM的对照样,纸张强度性能大幅提高。相对于回用1次纤维所抄纸张,将NCC/CPAM二元体系(CPAM和NCC用量分别为0.4%和0.6%)加入回用1次纤维所抄纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数及耐折度分别提高了51.0%、16.3%、53.9%及167%。

Paper Strength Enhancement by Using NCC/CPAM Binary System
Abstract:In this paper, CPAM was used together with nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC) to strengthen the papers made of virgin fibers and secondary fibers. Various paper properties with adding CPAM or NCC alone or CPAM/NCC together were studied. The results showed that when the dosages of CPAM and NCC were 0.4% and 0.6% respectively, for the paper made from bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp and using talc as filler, the tensile index, tear index, burst index and folding index were increased by 61.3%, 50.0%, 58.3% and 645% respectively compared with the control samples, also the tensile index, tear index, burst index and folding index were increased compared with the paper adding CPAM alone or NCC alone. When adding NCC/CPAM binary system in the paper made from secondary fibers, under the same dosage(CPAM 0.4%, NCC 0.6%), the tensile index, tear index, burst index and folding index were increased by 51.0%, 16.3%, 53.9% and 167% compared with the sample without the additives. Also, the various paper properties were improved compared with the paper made from secondary fibers adding NCC alone.
