平面式电容传感器阵列测量复合材料技术研究

摘    要:基于复合材料及其内部不同损伤具有不同介电特性,采用平面式电容传感器阵列实现可视化无损检测。论述了系统的构成和测量原理,分析了影响测量效果的因素,并设计了信号转换和采集处理电路。基于简单的激励测量模式和共轭梯度算法,对比分析了仿真与实验结果。实验结果验证了基于电容敏感机理的平面式电容传感器阵列对复合材料内部缺陷检测的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Based on composite materials and various internal injuries have different dielectric properties,visual NDT is carried out by using planar capacitance array sensor.Discuss system constitution and measuring principle,analyze the factors that influence measurement effect and design signal conversion and acquisition and processing circuit.Based on simple excitation-measurement model and conjugate gradient algorithm,comparative analysis on simulation and experimental results are carried out.Experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of internal defect inspection of composite materials by using planar capacitance sensor array based on capacitance sensitive mechanism.
