摘    要:某水电厂2号发电机组合轴承润滑油温度高、经常越限报警,从轴承结构、测温元件布置以及1、2号机组瓦温的横向比较和2号机组瓦温纵向比较等方面分析了瓦温越限报警的原因,推断出"推导组合轴承油槽测温元件"和"发导轴承测温元件"引出线标示相反,导致接线错误,在重新调整接线后,组合轴承油槽油温异常现象消失,从而保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:There are many problems exist in No.2 generation unit in a hydropower plant such as high temperature of lubricating oil,abnormal alarm.The paper pointed out reasons for abnormal alarm by bearing construction,thermometric distribution,horizontal comparison between bearing temperature of No.1 and No.2 unit and horizontal comparison vertical of No.2 unit bearing temperature.As a result,measures are put forward to ensure safety operation of the unit.
