长江大学在校大学生膳食营养状况调查

摘    要:为了解长江大学在校大学生的膳食结构和营养状况,应用7d、24h个人进食量回顾调查法,对150名在校大学生进行为期1周的膳食营养状况调查。结果表明:参试男女大学生平均每人每日热能摄入量达标率分别为63.5%和70.6%;蛋白质摄入量男女生达标人数比分别为54.17%和64%;脂肪摄入超标较严重,男女生超标人数比分别为62.5%和71.42%;矿物质中铁、锌元素摄入充足,钙元素摄入严重不足;维生素中B族维生素和Vc摄入不足;奶类、蛋类、蔬菜类食物摄入明显不足。由此可以认为,长江大学在校大学生膳食结构不太合理,营养状况欠佳,需采取多种形式对大学生进行营养知识的宣传和饮食观念的指导。

Abstract:To learn diet and nutrition condition of Yangtze University's in-shool student.Adopting 7d and 24h personal diet-intaking reflection investigation to make a 7-day survey of Yangtze University's in-shool students' dietaty and nutrition conditions.Results showed that the qualification rate of the average of energy intake per day for make students was 63.50%,for female ones,70.60%;The qualification rate of calcium intake for male students was 54.17%,for female ones 64.00%;Fat enery saw a serious overintake,and the overintakeing rate for male students was 62.50%,and 71.42% for famale ones;Iron and Zinc intake among minerals were adequate,but calcium rather inadequate;VB and Vc intake among vitamines were inadequate;The intake of milk,eggs and vegetables saw an evident inadequacy.The Yangtze University's in-shool students'diet strueture was not fully satisfactory,the students'nutrition status was not ideal to little extent,measures should be taken to propagate nutrition knowledge and to adwcate a healthy diet among campus students.
