OPC技术在企业管控一体化中的应用

在企业管控一体化实施中，管理网如何稳定、高速地从工业过程获取工艺生产数据，是人们普遍关心的问题。本文介绍了OPC技术在云铜股份企业管控一体化中的应用。应用中，把1600Nm2／h空分装置DCS数据引入OPC服务器，实现了过程设备和全厂信息控制系统的数据交换，大大提高了企业的综合自动化管理水平。

The aplication of OPC technology for management and control intrgration of enterprise

In the implementation of enterprise integrated management and control, how to stabilize management network and high- speed access to production process data from the industrial process is generally concerned. In this paper, the application of OPC technology for management and control integration of Yurman Copper joint-stock enterprises is introduced. Through introducing the 1600Nm^3/n air separation plant DCS data into OPC server, the data exchange between process equipment and the plant-wide information control system is realized. The comprehensive automatic management level of enterprise has greatly enhanced.
