| Abstract: | The characteristics of extra-thick slab caster were stated. The effects of caster type on slab inner inclusion, crack and center segregation were analyzed, and the caster of various type productivity and investment were presented. At last, The method of choice for the type of extra-thick slab caster was suggested. |
