我国建筑防水材料生产和应用现状及发展对策研究

通过国内外建筑防水材料现状分析与比较,指出近年来我国建筑防水材料已取得相当大的进展,但还存在产品结构不合理、新型防水材料所占比例较小且发展缓慢,相应的防水机具、配套产品、施工技术较落后,防水工程质量较低,与国外差距大等问题,并在此基础上,提出今后的发展方向及技术路线,建议政府部门从材料、设计、施工、组织领导等方面采取相应对策,以推动我国建筑防水材料行业的发展

The Research on the Existing State and the Developmental Solutions of the Waterproofing Material in China's Architecture

From the analyzing and comparing of the existing state of the architectural waterproofing material both in China and foreign countries, it pointed out that though China had made outstanding progress in this area, the problems of the irrationality of the product conformation, the low proportion in the new waterproofing material and its slow development, the backwardness of the waterproofing machines, the coordinating product as well as the constructional methods, the low quality of the waterproofing project which has great offset distance compared with the foreign countries. Based on those problems, the writer advises the government to adopt certain solutions on the issues of material, design, construction, leadership, so that the industry of the waterproofing material can better develop.
