| 摘 要： | 十六大以后,我国进入全面建设小康社会新的历史时期,居住建筑将有大的发展。当前,销售清水房由住户自行装修的住房消费模式存在许多弊端。随着人们居住消费水平的提高,房市的发展成熟,市场呼唤成品房。住宅建筑设计要与时俱进,把握住房消费的导向,搞好更完善的住宅设计,满足市场需求,适应市场发展的需要。
