羽绒絮毡及其与PTFE薄膜层压保暖新材料的研究与开发

摘    要:通过针刺的方式,可将羽绒和其他纤维加工成絮毡,既保留了羽绒保暖的特点又克服了制品臃肿的缺点.测试数据表明,PTFE薄膜层压织物在寒冷大风的环境中具有优良的保暖性能.预测,羽绒絮毡和PTFE层压织物通过叠合或粘合加工成的新型保暖材料将具有优良的保暖性能和舒适性能.

Abstract:Down and other fibers can be processed into felt by way of needle punching, which has warmth retention property and surmounts the shortcoming that the products are too fat to move. The test data indicate that the PTFE film lamination fabric has fine heat insulating ability in cold. It is guessed that the new thermal material possess fine warmth retention property and comfortability which is made by folding and adhesion between the down felt and PTFE film lamination fabric.
