摘    要:应用功率键合图法建立了安全阀的数学模型,然后用MATLAB软件编制安全阀的仿真模型并进行仿真,得出了安全阀工作时一系列的阀芯位移、阀出口流量、阀进口压力等参数的特性曲线,通过分析仿真结果得出一些有益的结论。最后讨论了在有限的实验条件下高压大流量安全阀的实验研究方法。

Abstract:The mathematic model of safety valve was founded by using of bond graph, and simulation model was drawn up by MATLAB soft. Working behavior curves of valve plug, export flow-rate, and entrance pressure were obtained via simulation. Some significant conclusions were reached by analyzing simulation results. Finally,experiment and study method of high pressure large flux safety valve under the limited condition were discussed.
