摘    要:60Si2Mn是一种含硅量很高的弹簧钢,在大量的工业生产过程中往往容易出现硅回收率偏低、回收率波动值过大的问题。据此,着重研究讨论了合金化时间、钢液温度、(FeO)含量以及渣量对硅的回收率的影响。提出了对应的措施。

Abstract:The 60Si2Mn is one kind of spring steel that contains higher silicon. In the large scale industrial production process has frequently arisen quite a few problems, such as recovery ratio of silicon is lower, and undulation value of recovery ratio is greater. In view of the above, this article studies and discusses emphatically the effects of the alloying time, molten steel temperature, (FeO) content along with slag quantity on the recovery ratio of silicon, moreover proposes the corresponding measures.
