3YK2160型圆振动筛疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:以某公司3YK2160型圆振动筛为研究对象,通过APDL命令流建立振动筛模型。对该振动筛进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,得到振动筛的动态特性。运用多轴疲劳分析软件FE-SAFE进行疲劳分析,得到其最低疲劳寿命。对圆振动筛寿命进行预测,对设计阶段的结构优化和工程实践中的及时检修有重大意义。

Abstract:Taking 3YK2160 circular vibrating screen as a research object,the circular vibrating screen modal has been established by using APDL.The dynamic characteristics have been got through modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the vibration screen.The multi-axial fatigue analysis software FE-SAFE with high precision has been applied for fatigue analysis,and the minimum fatigue life can be achieved.The life of circular vibrating screen can be forecasted scientifically,it is of great significance to optimization design and the timely maintenance in practice.
