| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内大规模的拆建活动,论述了古城的保护与开发不能因循守旧,也不能一味推倒,应该在深入研究古建筑的历史价值、文化价值的前提下,在可持续发展思想的指导下,创造新的延续历史发展的富有内涵的空间.

| Abstract: | In view of the large-scale demolition and relocation of urban housing author points out that the exploitation and protection of ancient town should adapt itself to the trend of the time. The historical and cultural value of historic building should be deeply researched and based upon the sustainable development idea to realize continuation of history in space containing rich connotations. |
