摘    要:以N300-16.7/538/538型汽轮机为研究对象,对其进行无除氧改造研究,以复合凝结水真空除氧系统代替常规除氧系统,并对影响改造后的机组除氧效果及热经济性的关键因素——小汽机的排汽压力进行优化,还对改造前后机组的热经济性进行了比较,研究结果表明:对该类型机组进行无除氧器改造可以大大提高机组的热经济性,降低发电煤耗。

Abstract:The N300-16.7/538/538 turbine made by Shanghai Turbine Corporation is researched, and the thermal system after canceling the deaerator is analyzed. If the common deaerator system is replaced by the compound condensing water vacuum deaerator system, the key factor which influence the thermal economy of the unit is the exhaust steam pressure of the small turbine, so it must be optimized which is introduced in this article. And the thermal economy of the unit before and after retrofit is compared. The result of the research make clear that after canceling the deaerator the thermal economy of the unit is improved greatly, the coal consumption is decreased.
