内摩擦副式抽油杆扶正器的研制与应用

摘    要:常规抽油杆扶正器随着抽油杆运动,造成扶正器与油管内壁摩擦,磨损速度快,搅拌井筒内原油加剧原油乳化,在高造斜、大斜度稠油井其问题更加突出.文章研究了内摩擦副式抽油杆扶正器,其特点是摩擦副摩擦阻力小、扶正套相对油管内壁运动少、磨损慢.在胜利桩139陆上丛式井组应用16口井,检泵周期可延长200 d.

Abstract:Conventional sucker rod stabilizer moves following rod. In this way, stabilizer rubs tuner tubing wall and wears rapidly. The problem is obvious in heavy oil and high-deflecting and high-incline well that mixing oil in tubing intensifies oil emulsification. This paper stadies inner wear pair of sucker rod stabilizer. Jacket of stabilizer is made from nylon, the internal diameter is a little larger than that of rubbing pair resist sucker rod. Jacket of stabilizer is fixed rubbing pair resist sucker rod whose surface is smooth and high-hard, so that frictional coefficient of stabilizer and sucker rod is less than that of stabilizer and inner tubing wall. In this way, relative movement and the wear of stabilizer and inner tubing wall is much less. 16 wells in overland cluster wells oil field of Zhuang 139 have been installed with the stabilizer and period of checking pump prolongs 200 days.
