摘    要:实验室分析了0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢锻件的锻造裂纹产生原因,通过金相和扫描电镜观察,结果表明:Nb元素的偏析是引起锻造裂纹重要因素;Cu元素的偏析将在高温阶段析出大量的富铜相,导致高温塑性降低,也是导致锻造裂纹的原因之一。

Abstract:The cause for forging crack was studied experimentally on stainless steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb by means of optical micrograph and SEM analysis.The result shows that the segregation of niobium is the main cause for forging crack,and the segregation of copper would cause the precipitations of plentiful rich-Cu phases at high temperature,which result in the decrease of high temperature plasticity,and are one of the cause producing forging crack.
