自适应网格在布匹疵点检测中的应用研究

摘    要:工业现场检测布匹的方法多样,但是检测速度较慢;为了快速且全面检测布匹疵点,主要利用自适应网格法对布匹图像进行处理进行;首先利用图像差影法粗分疵点存在的区域,其次利用网格模板把图像区域分成相等的部分,检测疵点存在的区域,在疵点存在的区域,继续缩小网格模板,再次检测疵点的区域,直到不能缩小为止,最后仅对疵点存在的小区域进行图像分析检测疵点;通过实验证明此方法减少图像处理时间,实现快速检测疵点的目的,达到工业快速检测布匹疵点的要求。
