LabVIEW下的变质心机构3D虚拟显示系统设计

摘    要:在变质心机构3D虚拟显示系统的开发过程中,为了解决封闭物体中执行机构的运动测试、虚拟演示和动作回放问题,研究了两种基于LabVIEW软件平台的3D虚拟显示方法:DLL调用法和三维图片控件法;在利用数据采集卡获得变质心机构的质量块位移数据后,根据这两种方法分别编制绘图程序实现变质心机构运动质量块的3D虚拟演示与动作回放;结合一维变质心机构虚拟显示系统的设计,对两种方法进行了编程实现和结果比较;两种方法与LabVIEW中的数据采集测量软件能够有效配合,在硬件驱动和数据采集上设计简便,绘图频率达到25帧/s以上。
