变电站继电保护设备状态检修的管理研究

简要介绍了状态检修体制的演变和现状,分析了设备故障发展过程,研究了变电站继电保护设备状态检修基本原理和思路,分析了继电保护设备状态监测的内容,并结合缺陷分析建立了设备状态评估体系和制定了检修策略,并提出改进了评估周期和检修项目,最后制定了“三集五大”体系下继电保护状态检修管理责任分配,并探讨了其与目前正推广应用的变电站一体化检修之间的关系.

Study on Condition-based Maintenance Management for Substation Relay Equipment

This article briefly introduces the evolution and status of condition-based maintenance system,describes the development process of equipment failure,studies the basic principles and ideas of substation relay protection device,and analyzes the condition-based maintenance implementation content.Combined with defect analysis,the paper establishes equipment condition assessment system,gives a maintenance strategy,and also proposes some improvements in maintenance projects and evaluation cycle.Finally,the paper develops a condition-based maintenance management system with management responsibility allocation under ＂Three Intensifications Five Systems＂,and discusses the relationship between its application and current substation integrated overhaul.
