石泉水电站优化调度模式的探索

摘    要:为充分发挥石泉水电站的发电效益,提高水能利用率,石泉水电站采取洪前腾库迎峰减少弃水,抬高水库运行水头,洪尾实施汛限水位动态控制,机组运行优化和梯级洪水联合调度等优化措施,充分挖掘了电站的发电潜力,获得了可观的增发电量,2012-2013年共计12场洪水采用了优化调度模式,洪水期累计增发电量1.71×10~8 kWh,证明所采取的措施有效。

Abstract:In order to give full play to the power generation benefitimprove the water power generation utilization in Shiquan Hydropower station,optimal dispatch measures are adopted to obtain considerable increased generating capacity,such as reducing the abandoned water,raising the water head in reservoir,dynamic control of water level in flood season,optimal operation of the hydropower unit,jointed dispatch of cascaded flood.The optimal dispatch mode has been used in 12 floods from 2012 to 2013 with increased generating capacity of 1.71×108kWh in flood season.
