热力发电厂换热器在线化学清洗技术研究与应用

摘    要:热力发电厂换热器结垢严重影响传热冷却效果,尤其在夏季会导致负荷降低。通过实验室小型模拟试验,确定了对各种换热器材质缓蚀性能良好的缓蚀剂,采用在线氨基磺酸化学清洗工艺,实现了热力设备运行中化学清洗除垢。清洗后除垢率达到70%以上,换热器传热效果大大改善。

Abstract:The fouling of thermal power plant heat exchanger severely affects heal transfer and cooling effect,which will lower the load especially in the summer.The inhibitor with good performance for a variety of heal exchanger materials is determined by small laboratory simulation tests.The chemical cleaning can be achieved during the operation of thermal equipments by measuring online chemical cleaning process of amino sulfonic acid.The removal rate can reach to over 70%,and the effect of heat transfer is immensely improved.
