| 摘 要： | 介绍一种测试钻井液振动筛性能参数的新方法,该方法的试验仪器主要由CA—YD—107型加速度传感器、YE5858双积分电荷放大器、PC—6360 A/D采集卡和Compaq计算机组成,采用计算机进行数据采集分析和数据处理分析。对ZS2100×1050—1—3型直线振动筛的测试分析表明,测量所得振动筛的位移、速度和加速度值均在理论分析推荐值范围内,测试性能稳定,现场使用中深受用户欢迎。

| Abstract: | A new method for measuring the performance parameters of the shale shaker is introduced. The measuring instruments include CA-YD-107 acceleration sensor, YE5858 charge amplifier, PC-6360 A/D acquisition card, and Compaq computers. Data acquisition and processing is realized by computers. Measurement and analysis of Model ZS2100×1050-1-3 linear shale shaker shows that the displacement and speed and acceleration of the shale shaker obtained from the measurement are within the range of the theoretically recommended values. |
