Composition dependency of crystallization in Fe80 (B1-xPx)20 amorphous alloys

The annealing behavior of amorphous materials particularly the ribbon alloys involving iron group transition metals with the metalloids have been investigated extensively in the past.1-6 Two distinct annealing stages often occur in transforming the amorphous structure into the equilibrium two phase state where the first annealing stage is usually associated with a transition to an intermediate metastable structure while the second stage transforms this intermediate structure to the equilibrium state^1-3
