摘    要:
以西凤酒为代表的风香型白酒自从1992年确立凤型以来,风型白酒企业在保持其传统风格的基础上,不断进行技术创新,提升产品品质;以市场为导向,及时转变观念,适时调整产品结构,通过不断摸索和努力,终于走出了一条依靠技术进步、提升产品品质、通过品牌延伸走多香型发展之路的新路子,从而使凤型白酒企业走上了健康发展之路。

Abstract:
Xifeng-flavor liquor was eventually formed in 1992 with Xifeng liquor as the typical representative.From then on,Xifeng-flavor liquor enterprises had marched into a health development road through technical innovation(based on maintenance of traditional liquor styles)and the changes of staffs' viewpoint(market-oriented development viewpoint)and the readjustment of the product structure(brand extension to multiple-flavors liquor development).(Tran.by YUE Yang)
