| 摘 要： | 以西凤酒为代表的风香型白酒自从1992年确立凤型以来，风型白酒企业在保持其传统风格的基础上，不断进行技术创新，提升产品品质；以市场为导向，及时转变观念，适时调整产品结构，通过不断摸索和努力，终于走出了一条依靠技术进步、提升产品品质、通过品牌延伸走多香型发展之路的新路子，从而使凤型白酒企业走上了健康发展之路。 |
