| Abstract: | Braced energy dissipation frame is an economic and efficient structure system This paper discusses some general and important problems encountered in the application of this system The structure response of frame with different layout and quantity of braces is calculated The constrain condition of joints is considered The sizes of brace section and starting force of dissipater are taken into account for an optimized scheme of braces |
