摘    要:秦汉时期大一统的环境为汉民族与周边少数民族间的文化交流创造了良好的氛围,饮食文化交流也异常活跃.在以汉族统治者为主导的战争、贸易、迁徙活动中,粮食、肉类、蔬菜、瓜果、饮料等饮食内容开始全方位突破地域界限,在与周边少数民族地区的流动中趋向融合,也为华夏饮食文化圈的形成奠定了基础,为秦汉以后的饮食文化交流拓展了新的渠道.

Abstract:The unified environment during the period of the Qing and Han Dynasties created an excellent atmosphere for the cultural exchange between Han nationality and other minorities around. At the time dietetic cultural exchange was also extremely brisk. In the war, trade and migration activities in which Han rulers played a leading role many dietetic contents, such as grains, meats, vegetables, melons and fruits and different drinks broke through the regional bounds in the course of their introduction into minority areas around, which laid a foundation for the formation of Chinese dietetic cultural circle and opened up a new channel for the dietetic cultural exchange after the Qing and Han Dynasties.
